Meet Our Founder and Leadership Team
Steve Sunseri – President / CEO
Steve Sunseri took over the company in 2022 from Lee and plans to continue the track record of excellence. He plans to expand all facets of construction and maintenance, to realize Barden’s limitless potential. A vital member of our team since coming on board, he played a pivotal role in navigating Barden Electric into the digital era. As Project Manager, he orchestrated various stages of projects, leveraging his background in Electrical Engineering to streamline operations.
Lee Barden – Sr. Project Manager and Founder
Lee Barden, the visionary behind Barden Electric, Inc., brings with him a wealth of industry expertise. Known for his mastery of the National Electric Code and innovative problem-solving, Lee has steered the company toward custom Design-Build solutions for large-scale projects. His career trajectory, from apprentice to industry luminary, is a testament to his dedication to excellence.
Anthony Giesing – Operations Manager
Anthony Giesing wears multiple hats, overseeing critical aspects of Barden Electric’s operations. As Operations Manager, he efficiently manages manpower scheduling and material procurement. In his role as Senior Estimator, Anthony’s proficiency in project assessment ensures accurate cost evaluations. His extensive background in computer technology enhances the company’s technological operations.
Sandy Ramirez – Service Coordinator
Sandy Ramirez has been a member of the Barden team since 2021 as a service coordinator. Sandy has more than 10 years of experience in the electrical service and maintenance industry. She is dedicated, professional, and passionate about her work and an excellent team player. Sandy is proficient with customer service communications and continuously improves her performance, providing the best service with a positive attitude to everyone in the industry.
Jerry Hoyos – Resource Manager
Jerry Hoyos has been a part on the Barden Electric Team for almost 6 years. As Resource Manager he is a key member of the team as he controls all material and equipment from the office to the field. He facilitates all material orders companywide. He is constantly working to improve Barden’s processes in the warehouse and his positive mindset and customer service skills help the team carryout day to day warehouse operations.
